  1. Purpose of the Legal Notice

  4. Liability for access to and use of the contents and services of ITURRALDE Y SAGÜÉS /IS Group
    Both access to the Portal and any use that may be made by the user thereof is the exclusive liability of he who does so. Thus, the user accepts liability for any consequences, damage and/or injury that may derive from such access or use of the services offered by ITURRALDE Y SAGÜÉS /IS Group

    The contents, software, images, sounds, texts and photographs owned by ITURRALDE Y SAGÜÉS /IS Group which are reflected on the website are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, the Law governing Intellectual Property. The contents are especially protected pursuant to Article 12 of the aforementioned Royal Decree as collections of data. Any reproduction, distribution, public contact or transformation of such property is strictly prohibited without express authorization in writing from ITURRALDE Y SAGÜÉS /IS Group.
    Any unauthorized use of this intellectual property by third parties shall give rise to liability of a criminal and/or civil nature or other, as provided for in law.
